About
The Montreal Nature Conservation Project is a registered non-profit,
operating under the Quebec enterprise number 1180016306.
Our Mission
We create new nature reserves in the Montreal area by purchasing undeveloped land (e.g., forest land).
Our Vision
We strive to ensure easy and high-quality access to nature for those living in the Montreal area, while simultaneously protecting the habitat of local flora and fauna.
We aim to purchase natural ecosystems and conserve them for perpetuity. The mechanisms we use to achieve this include collecting donations and applying for government grants.
Our Activities

Meet the Team
The Montreal Nature Conservation Project is a family-founded non-profit organization. Over the course of five generations in Montreal, we’ve witnessed tremendous changes to the local environment and a reduction of access to wild places. We’re coming together now to ensure that future generations have access to the natural bounties we’ve grown up with and treasure so deeply.
